Mr. Flores focuses on providing practical and thorough legal counsel in matters involving litigation. Drawing on experience across various judicial, quasi-judicial and administrative agencies, he has assisted, advised and represented clients in trial and appellate courts, administrative agencies, and arbitration panels:
- Successfully secured an acquittal for clients from a major mass media company in complex criminal actions;
- Advised and assisted a client through a Senate Legislative Inquiry;
- Provided counsel to clients on anti-bribery and corruption cases;
- Handled complex ad hoc arbitration proceedings for a major energy utility company;
- Represented clients before key government, quasi-judicial, and administrative agencies, including the Energy Regulatory Commission, Department of Foreign Affairs, Department of Health, and National Privacy Commission, as regards regulatory disputes;
- Prosecuted and defended clients in white-collar crime cases; and
- Litigated in a variety of civil cases, including a construction dispute, and special proceedings.
Mr. Flores was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2023 and is a member of the Quezon City Chapter of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines.
