Mr. Villarosa represented the Philippines and was recognized as the National Finalist in the 2021 International Humanitarian Law Moot Court Competition for the Asia-Pacific Region and the World Champion of the Jean Pictet Competition 39 th Edition in 2022.
He authored the legal article entitled, “Protecting the child who bears arms: How the status of Zones of Peace for Children under Republic Act No. 11188 distorts International Humanitarian Law”, published in the Asia Pacific Journal of International Humanitarian Law, which is a publication of the University of the Philippines Law Center Institute of International Legal Studies and the International Committee of the Red Cross.
He was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2023 and is a member of the Makati Chapter of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines.
