Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Palma was a Patent Examiner at the Intellectual Property Office of the Philippines where he was also a member of the Technical Working Group for the Revision of Patent Examination Guidelines for Information Communications Technology and Computer-Implemented Inventions (ICT and CII Guidelines).
Mr. Palma was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2023 and is a member of the Makati City Chapter of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines.
He is also a licensed electronics engineer.
