Ms. Miranda has handled significant transactions, including advising on labor and employment matters, corporate compliance, contract drafting and negotiations, and representing clients in labor disputes across various industries, including the business process outsourcing sector, as well as appellate practice.
Ms. Miranda was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2022 and is a member of the PPLM Chapter of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines.
