Mr. Gallos litigates civil and criminal cases and has argued before the Supreme Court and the Court of Appeals.
Mr. Gallos obtained his Juris Doctor degree from the Ateneo de Manila University where he graduated in 1993 with Second Honors and in the top ten of his class. He was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 1994. Mr. Gallos also holds a degree in Economics from the University of the Philippines where he graduated magna cum laude in 1987.
Law Professorial Positions & Legal Publications:
Mr. Gallos co-authored with Teodoro D. Regala the Philippine Chapter of the Collier International Business Insolvency Guide, (2005 to date). He also co-authored with Teodoro D. Regala the Philippine Chapter (Legal Issues) of the Guide to Restructuring in Asia 2001. He has also delivered a paper entitled Trends and Developments in Insolvency Systems and Risk Management: The Experience of the Philippines during the Forum on Asian Insolvency Reform 2004 in New Delhi India on 3-5 November 2004.

Mr. Gallos is a member of the Makati City Chapter of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines.
