Ms. Tysmans-Clemente is one of the four representatives of the Philippines who passed the FIDIC-JICA Dispute Board Adjudicator Assessment Workshop. Ms. Tysmans-Clemente also served as a resource person for the committees that prepared the Implementing Rules and Regulations of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Act of 2004 and the Special Rules of Court on Alternative Dispute Resolution. In addition, she is a Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. trained arbitrator. Ms. Tysmans-Clemente has extensive exposure and is actively involved in matters concerning compliance with Philippine aviation regulations, construction disputes, energy contracts and regulations, anti-money laundering, intra-corporate disputes, insurance, estate settlement, estate planning, family law, and criminal law.
Ms. Tysmans-Clemente obtained her Juris Doctor degree from the Ateneo de Manila University. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, minor in Hispanic Studies, from the same university, where she graduated honorable mention.
