ACCRALAW acted as Counsel to the Sole Issue Manager, Sole Lead Underwriter, and Sole Bookrunner for Century Properties Group, Inc.’s 3B Fixed-Rate Bond Offering

ACCRALAW acted as counsel for the Sole Issue Manager, Sole Lead Underwriter, and Sole Bookrunner, China Bank Capital Corporation, in connection with the Century Properties Group, Inc.’s offering of Php3 Billion Fixed Rate Bonds, comprised of 6.5760% Series A Bonds due 2026, 7.4054% Series B Bonds due 2028, and 7.6800% Series C Bonds due 2030. This is the second tranche to be issued from Century Properties Group, Inc.’s Php6 Billion debt securities program covered by a shelf registration rendered effective last 10 February 2022. The bonds were listed with the Philippine Dealing & Exchange Corp. on 17 March 2023.
