ACCRALAW acted as Philippine counsel for the Sole Global Coordinator, Lead Manager and Bookrunner, UBS AG Singapore Branch, in connection with the US$20 Million 7.25% Senior Guaranteed Notes due 2025 issued by DDPC Worldwide Pte. Ltd. (the “Issuer”) on 28 March 2023 and guaranteed by DoubleDragon Corporation.
The notes were issued pursuant to the Issuer’s tap offering of its US$160,000,000 7.25% Senior Guaranteed Notes due 2025 (the “Existing Notes”) which were issued on 27 July 2020, 16 March 2022 and 25 November 2022. The notes were consolidated with and formed a single series with the Issuer’s Existing Notes and are listed on the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Ltd.
