Castillo authored the Philippine Q&A chapter of the 2024 edition of the International Comparative Legal Guide (“ICLG”) – Construction & Engineering Law, published by the Global Legal Group (“GLG”) last 12 August 2024.
The ICLG series of reference publications is co-created by GLG and a multinational panel of expert legal contributors, including ACCRALAW, to reflect the latest, most accurate and practical guidance for 58 key areas of law. Now on its 11th edition, the ICLG for Construction & Engineering Law covers common issues in construction and engineering laws and regulations across 20 jurisdictions, including making construction projects, supervising construction contracts, and dispute resolution.
