Chrysilla Carissa P. Bautista’s Re-election to the PBA

ACCRALAW Partner Chrysilla Carissa P. Bautista was recently re-elected as Trustee of the Philippine Bar Association (“PBA”) for 2025-2026. She was also elected as its 2nd Vice President.

Founded in 1891, the PBA is the “oldest voluntary national organization of lawyers in the Philippines”. It actively plays a role in nation-building and engages in discussions on revising and amending laws. The PBA also provides pro bono legal services to indigent clients.

Past Presidents of the PBA include ACCRALAW Senior Legal Counsel Victor P. Lazatin (2006-2007) and Of Counsel Emerico O. de Guzman (2014-2015). Former Managing Partner and Of Counsel Rogelio A. Vinluan also served as PBA President (1998-1999).
