Patricia-Ann T. Prodigalidad Among Benchmark Litigation Asia-Pacific’s Top 100 Women in Litigation

ACCRALAW Managing Partner and Senior Partner Patricia-Ann T. Prodigalidad is among Benchmark Litigation Asia-Pacific’s Top 100 Women in Litigation for 2025.

The recognition is based on Benchmark Litigation’s independent research, which evaluates female litigators who have participated in significant litigation matters and have received consistent positive feedback from clients and peers. Ms. Prodigalidad was included for her work in the fields of Intellectual Property and Commercial and Transactions.

In addition to this distinction, Ms. Prodigalidad has also been named a Litigation Star in the 2025 edition of Benchmark Litigation Asia-Pacific for the Commercial and Transactions and Intellectual Property categories.

Ms. Prodigalidad has been the Firm’s Managing Partner since 2022. Her extensive dispute resolution experience spans construction disputes, product liability claims against pharmaceutical companies, intellectual property issues, and other commercial disputes. She has handled significant cases involving multinational companies, international banks, and local conglomerates, among others.

Ms. Prodigalidad is an accredited arbitrator of the Construction Industry Arbitration Commission, the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc., and the Philippine Office of Alternative Dispute Resolution. She is also part of the arbitrator panels of the Singapore International Arbitration Centre and the International Centre for Dispute Resolution of the American Arbitration Association.

Ms. Prodigalidad is consistently ranked as a leading lawyer in the practice area of dispute resolution by various legal publications, including The Legal 500, Chambers Asia-Pacific, Asia Business Law Journal, asialaw, and Who’s Who Legal: Southeast Asia. She is a recipient of multiple recognitions, such as Commended External Counsel of the Year (Asian-Mena Counsel) and one of The Outstanding Women in the Nation’s Service (TOWNS).
