ACCRALAW proudly announces the admission to the Partnership of Celerina Rose D. Fajardo-Nacin, Franchesca Abigail C. Gesmundo, Shiree Amor P. Roma, James Patrick O. Alojado, Charlemagne Rae P. Chavez, Felice Suzanne D. Soria, and Dan Bernard S. Sabilala.
Ms. Fajardo-Nacin is with the Firm’s Corporate and Special Projects Department. She obtained her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, minor in English Literature degree in 2008 and her Juris Doctor degree in 2012, both from the Ateneo de Manila University. She has advised clients in various matters including, among others, corporate structuring, data privacy compliance, contract management, mergers and acquisitions, Omnibus Loan and Security Agreement transactions, and government procurement. She was cited as one of the key lawyers in the Capital Markets practice by the Asia Pacific Legal 500 in 2025.
Ms. Gesmundo is with the Firm’s Labor and Employment Department. She obtained her Bachelor of Science in Management degree in 2009 and her Juris Doctor degree in 2013, both from the Ateneo de Manila University. She has vast experience in advising clients in the handling of different labor and employment matters and has been consistently recognized from 2021 to 2026 as a “Rising Star” in Labor and Employment by the Asia Pacific Legal 500.
Ms. Roma is with the Firm’s Corporate and Special Projects Department. She obtained her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Accountancy degree in 2006 and her Juris Doctor degree in 2014, both from the University of the Philippines. She is a Certified Public Accountant. Ms. Roma has extensive experience in assisting clients in Securities and Capital Markets Investments, Mergers and Acquisitions, and Banking and Finance.
Mr. Alojado is with the Firm’s Corporate and Special Projects Department. He obtained his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Accountancy degree (cum laude) from the University of the Philippines in 2007, and his Juris Doctor degree (with honors) from the Ateneo de Manila University in 2015, where he ranked tenth in the graduating class. He is a Certified Public Accountant. Mr. Alojado has advised clients in real estate, corporate contracts, construction, and antitrust & trade regulation.
Mr. Chavez is with the Firm’s Litigation and Dispute Resolution Department. He obtained his Bachelor of Science in Legal Management degree in 2011 and his Juris Doctor degree (with honors) in 2015, both from the Ateneo de Manila University. Mr. Chavez has represented clients in all levels of the courts, in various administrative agencies, and before international arbitral tribunals. His practice focuses on commercial litigation and arbitration, energy regulation and disputes, financial rehabilitation and insolvency proceedings, and technology-related matters.
Ms. Soria is with the Firm’s Cebu Branch. She obtained her Bachelor of Science in Accountancy degree (magna cum laude) in 2010 and her Bachelor of Laws degree in 2014, both from the University of San Carlos. She ranked third in her graduating class in law school. Ms. Soria is a Certified Public Accountant and has taught courses on financial accounting, corporation law, and partnership at her alma mater. Ms. Soria has extensive experience in advising clients regarding taxation, real estate, labor and employment, mergers and acquisitions, corporate contracts, and business process outsourcing. She has been cited as one of the recommended lawyers for Law Firms in Cebu by the Asia Pacific Legal 500 in 2021.
Mr. Sabilala is with the Firm’s Corporate and Special Projects Department. He obtained his Bachelor of Science in Accountancy degree, cum laude, from Bicol University in 2009 and his Bachelor of Laws degree in 2015 from San Beda University, where he graduated in the top ten of his class. He is a Certified Public Accountant who also worked as an auditor in one of the Big Four accounting firms. Mr. Sabilala specializes in financial technology and digital banking, securities and capital markets investment, mergers and acquisitions, corporate contracts, construction, and business process outsourcing. He was also recognized as a “Leading Associate” for Capital Markets practice by the Asia Pacific Legal 500 in 2025.
