The Firm’s Davao Branch celebrates its 20th Anniversary. In commemoration of its founding, it held its 3rd Legal Forum last 29 July 2016 at the Jade Room of the Marco Polo Hotel in Davao City. Relevant topics were discussed by the Firm’s Partners.
Patricia Ann T. Prodigalidad talked on “Privacy and Bank Secrecy Laws”; Eric R. Recalde handled “Tax Minimization/Avoidance Schemes”; and Erwin Jay V. Filio gave a talk on “Contracting and Subcontracting (Employer Liability/Pros/Cons)”. The Firm’s clients and friends attended and actively participated in the forum.
After ACCRALAW’s successful expansion in Cebu, the Davao Office was opened in 1996 with the Firm’s Senior Partner Romulo Espaldon, Jr. and Consultant Felipe B. Capili at the helm. Twenty years into its existence, ACCRALAW Davao continues to serve clients in Davao City and the Mindanao region, and actively contributes to the dynamic legal practice in the region.
