During the monthly firmwide lawyers’ meeting last March 2, 2019, Managing Partner Emerico (“Rico”) O. De Guzman formally welcomed Everlene O. Lee (“Ever”) and Louie John D. Lood (“John”) to the Partnership. Rico announced that after the partners’ deliberations, Everlene O. Lee (“Ever”) and Louie John D. Lood (“John”) were admitted as Partners.
Ever specializes in securities and capital markets, contracts, banking and finance, investment law, and mergers and acquisitions. John is with the Cebu Branch and specializes in civil and criminal litigation. He also handles labor cases.
Rico also announced the promotion to Senior Partner of Gilbert D. Gallos, Teodoro L. Regala, Jr., Oliver L. Pantaleon and Judy Hao.
Nine of the Firm’s young outstanding lawyers were also promoted to Senior Associate. They are Shiree Amor P. Roma, Reynold L. Orsua, Renz J. Pagayanan, James Patrick O. Alojado, Enrique F. Nitura, Charlemagne Rae P. Chavez, Felice Suzanne D. Soria, Jose-Mari H. Roco and Dan Bernard S. Sabilala.
