On 23 December 2025, SEAI Metro Manila One, Inc. (“SEAIMMO”), the Philippine subsidiary of Mitsui Fudosan Co., Ltd., executed the implementing deeds pursuant to the Joint Venture Agreement and Investment Agreement with Arthaland Corporation (“Arthaland”) and Zileya Land Developemnt Corporation (“Zileya”) for the development, construction, and sale of a premium residential condominium project along Arnaiz Avenue in Legaspi Village, Makati City.

ACCRALAW acted as Philippine counsel to Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation (“SMBC”), a multinational banking financial services institution, in its investment in Rizal Commercial Banking Corporation (“RCBC”). On 22 December 2025, SMBC and RCBC completed their transaction resulting in SMBC increasing its stake in RCBC from 20% to 24.46%. SMBC invested around PHP6.4 Billion in RCBC for this transaction.

ACCRALAW acted as counsel for the Joint Issue Managers, Joint Lead Underwriters, and Joint Bookrunners, PNB Capital and Investment Corporation, RCBC Capital Corporation, and Security Bank Capital Investment Corporation in connection with Megawide Construction Corporation’s offering of up to PHP 3 Billion Series 7 Preferred Shares which were listed and traded on the Main Board of The Philippine Stock Exchange, Inc. on 19 November 2025.
