ACCRALAW acted as counsel to the Joint Lead Arrangers and Selling Agents, ING Bank, Standard Chartered Bank, and Philippine Commercial Capital Inc., in connection with the PHP16 billion fixed-rate bond offering by Union Bank of the Philippines under its PHP100 billion Bond Program.

The ACCRALAW Legal Pro Bono Aid Services (ALPAS) conducted its pilot legal outreach activity in Caloocan City on 25 June 2025.

On 14 June 2025, ACCRALAW attended the annual Recognition Day of the Batang Munti Foundation (“BMF”) at Museo ng Muntinlupa in Muntinlupa City. BMF is a non-profit organization that provides scholarships to elementary and college students in Muntinlupa City. ACCRALAW Associate Aloysius Francis M. Bresnan represented ACCRALAW at the event. He joined BMF President Mr. Jo T. Alcaraz, Treasurer Ms. Michelle Sison, and Board of Trustees Member Ms. Maricel Lumio in honoring the achievements of BMF’s scholars.
