Ms. Murcia has handled significant civil, criminal, and labor cases.
Among her significant cases include cyber-libel offenses and cyber-related issues such as data fraud, data interference and illegal data access, as well as various illegal dismissal and labor inspection cases. She has also assisted the Anti-Cybercrime Unit of the Philippine National Police in securing cybercrime warrants from special commercial courts, and has represented mining companies in assailing the constitutionality of several local tax ordinances.
She graduated among the top ten students of her graduating class.
Ms. Murcia was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2018 and is a member of the Davao City Chapter of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines.
