Ms. Tysmans-Clemente advises clients on estate planning, family dispute resolution, real estate transactions, construction contracts, compliance with energy regulations and compliance with Philippine aviation regulations. She has appeared as advocate before courts, quasi-judicial bodies and alternative dispute resolution tribunals in cases involving construction disputes, intra-corporate and other commercial disputes, family disputes and estate settlement.
Ms. Tysmans-Clemente is one of the four representatives of the Philippines who passed the FIDIC-JICA Dispute Board Adjudicator Assessment and has been listed as an accredited Adjudicator of the Council of Engineering Consultants of the Philippines since 2014. She also served as a resource person for the committees that prepared the Implementing Rules and Regulations of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Act of 2004 and the Special Rules of Court on Alternative Dispute Resolution.
She is a member of the International Council for Commercial Arbitration and a member and trained arbitrator of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc.
In 2015, the Asia Pacific Legal 500 Editorial recommended Ms. Tysmans-Clemente for the practice area of Aviation.
Ms. Tysmans-Clemente was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2000 and is a member of the Rizal-San Juan-Mandaluyong Chapter of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines and the Philippine Bar Association.
