De Guzman and Partner Neptali B. Salvanera provided an overview of the regulatory framework, legal structure, and common terms of an outsourcing agreement. They also discussed the data protection, information security, and intellectual property issues surrounding outsourcing transactions, as well as the remedies and protections available for customers in the event of breach.
