Ms. Leong-Pambid has reviewed, formulated and audited employee manuals/codes of discipline, company policies, employment contracts, various notices, terms and conditions of employment and contracting arrangements. She has assisted a number of clients on matters involving employee discipline, termination of employment, implementation of workforce restructuring programs, collective bargaining negotiations, as well as successor-employer issues arising from the implementation of mergers and acquisitions. Ms. Leong-Pambid has handled voluntary arbitration cases, complaints for money claims, illegal dismissal complaints, overseas employment cases, as well as preventive mediation/conciliation of labor disputes.
Ms. Leong-Pambid obtained her Juris Doctor degree from the Ateneo de Manila University in 2002 with Second Honors. She completed her Bachelor of Science degree in Accountancy from De La Salle University, where she was awarded the SGV Excellence Award for Best Feasibility Study. She is a licensed Certified Public Accountant, having passed the May 1998 CPA Licensure Examinations.
