Neptali B. Salvanera
Transactions/Cases Handled: 
Mr. Salvanera’s practice areas include labor law litigation, including cases for illegal dismissal and unfair labor practice, the conduct of labor audits, labor relations law including strikes, union organization and representation issues, the labor aspect of mergers and acquisitions, and the planning and implementation of manpower reduction programs. He has likewise ventured into the study of data privacy and data protection in the workplace and has rendered opinions on the matter for several clients. Mr. Salvanera is extensively involved in the conduct of legal audit on the practices and contracting arrangements of companies. He is a part of the team that institutionalized the conduct of legal audit. He has likewise handled cases before the labor courts as well as the Court of Appeals and Supreme Court.
Education/Academic Attainments: 
Mr. Salvanera obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science degree, magna cum laude, from the University of the Philippines, Diliman. He was also a recipient of the UP Presidential Pin for Academic Excellence and the Medal for Academic Excellence from the College of Social Sciences and Philosophy. He was likewise awarded the Certificate of Recognition by the Pi Gamma Mu International Honor Society for being one of the most outstanding scholars in social sciences. Mr. Salvanera obtained his Bachelor of Laws degree from the San Beda College (ranked 3rd). In 2007, he completed a course in International and American Law at the Center for American and International Law in Dallas, Texas
Law Professorial Positions & Legal Publications: 
Mr. Salvanera has co-authored several articles on labor relations published in the Labor Relations Update of the Personnel Management Association of the Philippines. Furthermore, he is part of a team of lawyers of his department that wrote the Philippine chapter of the International Guide on Labor and Employment, published by Littler Mendelson, LLP; as well as the Philippine chapter of the International Law Guide on Restrictive Covenants & Trade Secrets in Employment, published by the American Bar Association (ABA), and the Philippine chapter of the Doing Business published yearly by the World Bank. He is also a contributor to the Computer Law and Security Review section of the International Journal of Technology Law and Practice, and the Canada Links, the business magazine of the Canadian Chamber of Commerce in the Philippines. He has likewise conducted seminars/lectures on employment laws for the clients of ACCRALAW and professional organizations. He is one of the speakers at the annual Employment Law Congress in Singapore in 2010 and 2011.

Mr. Salvanera has been recognized and cited by Key Media, the main organizer of the annual Employment Law Congress in Singapore, as among the employment law experts in the region. In 2010, the Congress was co-sponsored by the Asian Legal Business (ALB).
