ACCRALAW Senior Partner Jose Martin R. Tensuan was elected as Director of the Makati City Chapter of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP Makati) for 2025-2027.
Mr. Tensuan specializes in litigation and dispute resolution. He handles complex cases involving constitutional law, criminal and civil litigation, corporate rehabilitation and insolvency, and issues on zoning, planning, and land use. He also provides counsel on the structuring of contracts and other commercial documents to facilitate successful out-of-court dispute resolution.
Prior to his election as Director, Mr. Tensuan also served as Public Relations Officer of IBP Makati from 2023-2025.
