The Firm’s Corporate and Special Projects Department (CSPD) handles the corporate and commercial transactions of the Firm’s clients, and other referrals which do not fall within the services offered by the other practice departments of the Firm.
The Firm’s CSPD lawyers have the expertise in various areas of legal services and transactions, including the fields of anti-trust and competition law, banking and finance, capital markets, establishment of business enterprises, mergers, acquisitions and restructuring. CSPD also advises clients on different projects on energy, mining, and public-private partnerships.
