Ms. Salud focuses on advising multinational corporations and foreign nationals on Philippine immigration and regulatory matters. Her practice covers employment-based immigration, temporary and permanent resident visas, immigrant visa pathways, and immigration compliance, as well as proceedings before the Bureau of Immigration. She has extensive experience assisting clients with visa applications for foreign executives and technical personnel and regularly handles a range of complex immigration matters, including the lifting of blacklists, deportation proceedings, recognition of Philippine citizenship, dual citizenship applications, and modes of acquiring Philippine citizenship.
Ms. Salud also writes on developments in Philippine immigration law and policy. Her articles have been published in the Asia Law Journal, including her article on the revamped framework for employing foreign technical personnel in the Philippines.
Ms. Salud was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2022 and is a member of the Makati City Chapter of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines.
