Ms. Soria law practice is broad and covers corporate and mergers and acquisitions, taxation, real estate and labor and employment law. She represents clients in various quasi-judicial and administrative agencies.
Among her significant work are:
- Advised a private foreign integrated airport platform entity on competition-related issues in the Philippines for the sale of an aggregate 49% of its shares;
- Conducted due diligence and advised a client on its acquisition of 53 parcels of land for its mixed residential and commercial development in Cebu Province; and
- Advised a publicly-listed company on its public offering of Fixed Rate Bonds.
The Legal 500 Asia Pacific recognized Ms. Soria and recommended her among the lawyers in Law Firms in Cebu.
From 2010 until 2013, Ms. Soria taught courses on financial accounting, corporation law and partnership at the University of San Carlos. In 2013, she, also participated in the Legal Internship Program of the Office of the Solicitor General (OSG). The OSG recognized her drafting skills and she was ranked 1st for Best Brief or Memorandum and 2nd for Best Comment.
Ms. Soria also ranked third among the students of her graduating class in 2014. She is also a licensed Certified Public Accountant.
Ms. Soria was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2015. She is a member of the Cebu City Chapter of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines.
