Ms. Li has assisted clients on matters involving the drafting of employee manuals and various company policies. She also advised clients on termination of employment and the implementation of company-wide redundancy/retrenchment programs and assisted in legal audits and due diligence exercises, and collective bargaining negotiations.
She has also authored works and contributed in several publications, including:
- “Law and Practice: Philippines”, published by Chambers and Partners Employment and Trending Developments, Global Practice Guide, 2019 and 2020;
- “Women, Business and the Law”, published by the World Bank Group, 2019 and 2020; and
- “Filling in the Gaps: Recognizing the Exceptionality of Environmental Cases in Philippine Tort Law,” published by the Ateneo Law Journal, Vol. 63, No. 4, 2019.
Ms. Li was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2017 and is a member of the Makati City Chapter of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines.
