ACCRALAW acted as counsel to BDO Capital & Investment Corporation, as sole issue manager, underwriter, and bookrunner in the warrants offering of Alliance Global Group, Inc. (“AGI”). AGI issued around 2.2 billion warrants and raised Php 1.1 billion in gross proceeds from the offer. The warrants were listed on the Philippine Stock Exchange on 19 December 2025.

On 23 December 2025, SEAI Metro Manila One, Inc. (“SEAIMMO”), the Philippine subsidiary of Mitsui Fudosan Co., Ltd., executed the implementing deeds pursuant to the Joint Venture Agreement and Investment Agreement with Arthaland Corporation (“Arthaland”) and Zileya Land Developemnt Corporation (“Zileya”) for the development, construction, and sale of a premium residential condominium project along Arnaiz Avenue in Legaspi Village, Makati City.
ACCRALAW acted as Philippine counsel to Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation (“SMBC”), a multinational banking financial services institution, in its investment in Rizal Commercial Banking Corporation (“RCBC”). On 22 December 2025, SMBC and RCBC completed their transaction resulting in SMBC increasing its stake in RCBC from 20% to 24.46%. SMBC invested around PHP6.4 Billion in RCBC for this transaction.
