ACCRALAW continues to be ranked as a Top-Tier Firm by The Legal 500 Asia-Pacific for 2022. ACCRALAW was recognized as a Tier 1 Firm in eight (8) practice areas: Banking and Finance, Capital Markets, Corporate and M&A, Dispute Resolution, Immigration, Labor and Employment, Real Estate and Construction, and Tax.

ACCRALAW acted as Philippine Counsel to the Local Lead Underwriters and Joint Global Coordinators for the initial public offering (IPO) of Monde Nissin Corporation (MONDE).

ACCRALAW acted as counsel to the issuer, the Keepers Holdings, Inc. formerly known as Da Vinci Capital Holdings (KEEPR) in its ₽4.5 Billion follow-on public offering which was listed in the Philippine Stock Exchange last 19 November 2021.

Emerico O. De Guzman and Ana Lourdes Teresa Arnaldo-Oracion have retired from the Firm effective 31 December 2021. Although they have retired from the partnership, they will continue to contribute to the Firm in their capacity as Of Counsels.

Senior Partners Patricia-Ann T. Prodigalidad and Leland R. Villadolid Jr. have been elected by the Firm’s partners as Managing Partner and Co-Managing Partner, respectively.  They are tasked to lead the ACCRALAW on its 50th year of founding.

The Firm recently acted as counsel to the issue manager and lead underwriter in the initial public offering of Solar Philippines Nueva Ecija Corporation (SPNEC), the developer of what is planned to be the largest solar project in Southeast Asia. SPNEC made its trading debut on the Main Board of the Philippine Stock Exchange (PSE) on 17 December 2021.

The Asian Legal Business (ALB) awarded the AT1 Securities Offering of Rizal Commercial Banking Corporation (RCBC) as the Debt Market Deal of the Year (Midsize). This recognition was given during the ALB’s 6th Annual Philippine Law Awards.

ACCRALAW was recognized as the Philippines’ Immigration Law Firm of the Year in the 6th Annual Philippine Law Awards of the Asian Legal Business.

In the recently concluded Philippine Law Awards of the Asian Legal Business (ALB), the initial public offering (IPO) of Converge Information and Communications Technology Solutions, Inc. (Converge) was awarded the Equity Market Deal of the Year (Premium).
