The Firm has been actively involved in mining projects through the years and even more so since the mining industry was opened to foreign investments. ACCRALAW represents international and local mining companies in the due diligence of mining rights, such as Financial or Technical Assistance Agreements, Mineral Production Sharing Agreements and other mining permits. The Firm provides legal representation in litigation involving mining projects as well as assists clients in securing the necessary environmental compliance certificates and pertinent mining permits from the proper government agencies, such as the Mines and Geosciences Bureau, in accordance with the Philippine Mining Act and other applicable laws.
