ACCRALAW supports the different activities of the IBP Makati City Chapter (IBP Makati). Other than participating in the IBP Makati’s legal aid missions and clinics, ACCRALAW also supports its other activities.

ACCRALAW acted as counsel for the Sole Issue Manager, Sole Lead Underwriter, and Sole Bookrunner, China Bank Capital Corporation, in connection with the Century Properties Group, Inc.’s offering of Php3 Billion Fixed Rate Bonds, comprised of 6.5760% Series A Bonds due 2026, 7.4054% Series B Bonds due 2028, and 7.6800% Series C Bonds due 2030.

On 22 March 2023, the People Management Association of the Philippines, in partnership with ACCRALAW Cebu Branch, conducted a seminar entitled “e-Marites: The Legal Approach to Cyber Harassment” at the Golden Prince Hotel, Cebu City.

On 6 February 2023, the Province of Cavite signed a Joint Venture Development Agreement for the development of the Sangley Point International Airport (SPIA) with the SPIA Development Consortium.

ACCRALAW has been recently awarded Philippines Trademark Firm at the Asia IP 2022 Awards. The Firm’s Intellectual Property practice was recognized for the breadth of its trademark law practice. As noted by Asia IP, for 2021, ACCRALAW filed more than 200 trademark applications for domestic companies and 660 for overseas companies.

ACCRALAW co-sponsored The Legal 500 GC Summit Philippines held last 23 February 2023 at the New World Makati Hotel. The forum was attended by close to 200 in-house counsel of companies representing various industries.
