ACCRALAW has been recognized by IP STARS in its 2023 rankings.

ACCRALAW has recently authored the Philippine chapter of the third edition of the “International Comparative Legal Guide (“ICLG”) – Technology Sourcing 2023,” published by the Global Legal Group (“GLG”).

ACCRALAW lawyers were included in The Legal 500’s Arbitration Powerlist for Southeast Asia in 2023. These recommended arbitration lawyers are Managing Partner and Senior Partner Patricia-Ann T. Prodigalidad, Senior Legal Counsel Victor P. Lazatin, and Senior Partner Arnold M. Corporal.

On 5 August 2023, ACCRALAW Partner Louie John D. Lood delivered a lecture entitled “The Ties that Bind Labor and Employment” during the Mandatory Continuing Legal Education Seminar organized by the Integrated Bar of the Philippines Cebu City Chapter and the University of San Carlos School of Law. The seminar was held at City Sports Club, Cebu City.

ACCRALAW acted as Philippine counsel to Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation (“SMBC”), a multinational banking financial services institution, in its investment in Rizal Commercial Banking Corporation (“RCBC”).

ACCRALAW acted as Philippine counsel to UBS AG, Singapore Branch (“UBS AG”) in connection with the sale by Megaworld Corporation of 279,400,000 common shares in its real estate investment trust, MREIT, Inc. (“MREIT”). UBS AG served as sole placement agent for the transaction.
