ACCRALAW acted as counsel for the Sole Issue Manager, Sole Lead Underwriter, and Sole Bookrunner, China Bank Capital Corporation, in connection with the Century Properties Group, Inc.’s offering of Php3 Billion Fixed Rate Bonds, comprised of 6.5760% Series A Bonds due 2026, 7.4054% Series B Bonds due 2028, and 7.6800% Series C Bonds due 2030.
